2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Standard Ready-to-Wear Products
You may return standard ready-to-wear products within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or made-to-measure garments (except for quality issues)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Accessories such as ties, pocket squares, and cufflinks that have been used or removed from original packaging
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
- Gift cards
2.3 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or repair as appropriate at no additional cost to you.
2.4 Custom Orders and Alterations
For custom orders and tailored garments:
- Returns are limited to quality issues or significant construction flaws
- Minor variations in fabric appearance, color shade, or hand-finished details are considered normal characteristics of premium tailored garments and are not grounds for returns
- Fit issues for made-to-measure garments may be addressed through our complementary alteration service (see section 5)
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return

- Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and detailed return instructions
Returns sent without prior authorization or without an RA# may experience delays in processing or may be refused.

For standard returns (non-defective items):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
- Elite Suits will cover the return shipping costs
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs
3.3 International Returns
For international returns:
- All customs duties, taxes, and other import charges for returning items are the customer's responsibility

Alteration Credit
If you prefer to use your local tailor, we offer an alteration credit of up to:
- $75 for suits
- $30 for trousers
- $40 for jackets
To receive the alteration credit:

- Submit the receipt from your local tailor within 30 days of purchase
- The credit will be refunded to your original payment method

6. Cancellations
6.1 Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order under the following conditions:
- Standard ready-to-wear orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Orders that have not yet been shipped can typically be cancelled with a full refund
- Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled but can be returned according to our standard return policy
6.2 Custom Order Cancellations
For custom and made-to-measure orders:
- Cancellations within 48 hours of order placement: full refund
- Cancellations after fabric has been cut: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations after garment construction has begun: no refund
7. Quality Guarantee
Elite Suits stands behind the quality of our products with the following guarantees:
7.1 Construction Guarantee
We guarantee our garments against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This includes:
- Seam failure
- Button or fastener issues
- Lining separation
- Other structural defects
7.2 Fit Guarantee
For made-to-measure garments, we guarantee the fit according to the measurements provided. If the garment does not fit according to these specifications, we will:
- Perform necessary alterations at no charge
- Remake the garment if alterations cannot resolve the fit issue
7.3 Fabric Quality
Our fabrics are sourced from premium mills and undergo quality inspection. However, natural variations in fabric texture, color, and pattern are inherent characteristics of fine natural materials and are not considered defects.
8. Special Circumstances
8.1 Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are subject to the same return policy as regular-priced items unless specifically marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
8.2 Promotional Items
Free promotional items must be returned if the qualifying purchase is returned and the order total falls below the promotion threshold.
8.3 Force Majeure
Elite Suits reserves the right to modify return timeframes in cases of events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or significant postal service disruptions.
